Terms of Service

In these Terms of Service ("Terms"): • "Game" means the BLOCKityBLOCK mobile application, including all features, content, and services. • "Hungry Fish", "we", "us", or "our" means Hungry Fish, the developer of BLOCKityBLOCK. • "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who downloads, installs, or uses the Game. • "Content" means all text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, data, and other materials within the Game. • "Virtual Items" means any in-game items, currency, cosmetics, or other virtual goods.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game. You represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels • Use the Game for any commercial purpose without our written consent
The Game may offer in-app purchases, including: • Premium upgrades to remove advertisements • Cosmetic items such as block skins, themes, and effects • Other Virtual Items All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
You agree not to: • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users • Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames or content • Impersonate any person or entity • Cheat, exploit bugs, or gain unfair advantages • Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code • Collect or harvest user data without consent • Violate any applicable laws or regulations Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans at our sole discretion.
All Content, including but not limited to the Game's design, graphics, artwork, music, sound effects, code, text, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Hungry Fish and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The BLOCKityBLOCK name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Hungry Fish. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Game • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • We are not liable for loss of data, progress, Virtual Items, or account information Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may terminate your use of the Game at any time by uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game immediately, without notice, if: • You breach any provision of these Terms • You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity • We discontinue the Game or any part of the Services • Required by law or regulatory authority Upon termination, your license to use the Game is revoked, and you lose access to your account, progress, and any Virtual Items.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game. Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
